How To Do It: Step 1. Put a large bowl of hot water on a table. The water should be really hot, but not so hot that it scalds your eyes. Step 2. Dip a washcloth in hot water and hold it against your closed eyes for about thirty seconds. Gently massage your closed eyes with the hot washcloth. Dip the washcloth back in hot water and repeat the procedure. Continue to do this for about five minutes.
